Position Overview: UX Designer - Altinn 3

Location: Digdir offices, Økern Portal, Oslo Norway

Project Purpose:

• Develop synergies between norge.no and Altinn.no portals

• Modernize and consolidate end-user portals

• Further develop brand identity and visual concepts

• Work on future citizen dialogue platforms

• Redesign of Altinn's inbox ('Arbeidsflaten')

Key Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years documented experience in concept development, branding, and visual identity

• Proven experience with Figma as a design tool

• Strong UX, service design, and interaction design background

• Experience leading design processes and cross-functional collaboration

• Knowledge of public sector and Altinn systems

​

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong Norwegian language skills (written and spoken)

• Documented experience with concept development for large interconnected products

• Ability to communicate design concepts across disciplines

• Must sign confidentiality agreement upon start

• Experience with brand development and visual identity

​

Work Environment:

• Full-time position (100%)

• DevOps team focused on end-user portals

• Close collaboration with Design Lead

• Cross-functional team setting

• Hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 days/week remote possible)

• Based at Økern Portal, Oslo

Contract Details:

• Start date: February 20, 2025 (Week 8)

• Initial duration: 1 year

• Option to extend: 6+6 months
