Position Overview: Data- og innsiktsstrateg (Data and Insights Strategist) - Ruter AS

Location: Dronningensgate 40, Oslo, Norway

Project Purpose:

• Build a more data- and insights-driven operations unit.

• Support the business unit in using data to achieve strategic goals through data-driven decisions, efficient operations, and service development.

• Identify needs for data and insights.

• Collaborate with the analytics environment in Ruter and the technology environment in TET Digital AS.

Key Technical Requirements:

• Build culture and lift competence in data- and insights-driven work.

• Identify new areas for data use.

• Map data needs for core business activities and implement missing operational data in work processes.

• Discuss data at a detailed level with producers and consumers.

• Develop data visualization for departments across the operations unit.

• Identify and participate in automation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.

Work Environment:

• Work closely with the department's resources, the broader operations environment, the analytics environment in Ruter, and the technology environment.

• Work to be conducted in the customer's premises during normal working hours.

Contract Details:

• The contract is valid until October 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

• The customer reserves the right to extend the contract unilaterally, in whole or in part, for up to one year.

• The contract can be extended to April 30, 2026 (Option 1) and to October 31, 2026 (Option 2).

• The contract runs until the customer cancels the assistance according to SSA-B point 4.2 Cancellation.

• Maximum duration of the agreement will be until the expiration of the last option date.
