Project Overview

Tet Digital AS is seeking an experienced team leader to manage their Assisted Sales team of 13 members, which is responsible for developing and maintaining the TetSalg App used by multiple transit companies across Norway.

Position Overview: Team Lead - Assisted Sales

Location: Tet Digital AS, Oslo Norway

​

Project Purpose:

  • Lead and develop the Assisted Sales team of 13 members

  • Manage TetSalg App development and operations

  • Support multiple transit companies' sales channels

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration

​

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years documented experience as team/project leader

  • Minimum 5 years relevant higher education (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

  • Knowledge of requirements specification and business analysis

​

Essential Qualifications:

  • Scandinavian language proficiency (C1 level)

  • English language proficiency (B2 level)

  • Experience in cross-functional team management

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Cannot be a sole proprietorship or single-person company

​

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position (100%)

  • Leading a team of 13 including product manager, tech lead, developers, UX, and testers

  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners

  • Office located in Dronningens gate 40, Oslo

  • Hybrid work arrangement possible

​

Contract Details:

  • Start date: March 3, 2025

  • Initial duration: Until February 28, 2026

  • Option to extend: Two additional years (until February 28, 2028)

  • Selection criteria: 70% competence, 30% price

  • Interviews planned for week 7, 2025
