Project Overview

Tet Digital AS, a subsidiary of Ruter, is seeking two security consultants to strengthen their newly established security department with expertise in risk management and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).

Position Overview: Security Consultant - Risk Management

Location: Tet Digital AS (Ruter subsidiary), Oslo Norway

Project Purpose:

• Strengthen security department's GRC team with risk management expertise

• Implement and coordinate risk management processes across the organization

• Support development of risk methodology and security governance

• Work within the newly established security department under CISO leadership

​

Key Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27005, and ISO/IEC 31000

• Strong expertise in risk management and information security

• Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

• Knowledge of GDPR, NIS, and Security Act regulations

• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSK, ISO27001, ISO27005, ISO31000)

Essential Qualifications:

• Scandinavian language proficiency (C1 level)

• English language proficiency (B2 level)

• Cannot be a sole proprietorship or single-person company

• Must be employed by a staffing agency or production company

Work Environment:

• Full-time position (100%)

• Strategic and policy-setting team

• Cross-functional coordination role

• Direct reporting to CISO

• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management

Contract Details:

• Start date: February 17, 2025

• Initial duration: Until February 28, 2026

• Option to extend: Up to 2 years

• Selection criteria: 70% competence, 30% price

• Interviews planned for weeks 6 & 7, 2025
