Project Overview

Tet Digital AS (a subsidiary of Ruter) is seeking two security consultants to join their newly established security department, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) under the leadership of their CISO.

Position Overview: Security Consultant - GRC Team

Location: Tet Digital AS (Ruter subsidiary) Oslo, Norway

Project Purpose:

• Strengthen the security department with GRC risk management team

• Develop and maintain security and business continuity management systems

• Support the newly established security department under CISO leadership

• Drive strategic security initiatives across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security policies, processes, and guidelines

• Create and adapt training materials for the company

• Perform risk analyses and threat modeling

• Support departments with risk assessments through training and guidance

• Monitor and analyze security threats at tactical level

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines

• Provide security consulting across the organization

• Monitor service compliance with security requirements

Technical Requirements:

• 3-5 years practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301

• Strong knowledge of GDPR, NIS, and Security Act regulations

• Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSK, ISO27001, ISO22301)

Essential Qualifications:

• Scandinavian language skills (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish) at C1 level

• English language proficiency at B2 level

• Experience with security standards and frameworks

• Cannot be a sole proprietorship or single-person company

Contract Details:

• Start date: February 17, 2025

• Duration: Until February 28, 2026

• Full-time position (100%)

• Located at Tet Digital AS offices in Oslo
